Lovely large room. Nice bathroom with separate toilet. Room was refreshed during the day with fresh towels etc. View was as we booked (harbor, city). Beautiful furnishings, with very comfy bed.

the room was very pleasant. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. It was our anniversary and they gave us flowers and champagne. Breakfast was lovely and we went back for lunch as well.

We stayed for my daughter's 18th birthday. From the moment we arrived we felt like the most important people in the world. The beds were heavenly, the food yummy and every staff member was lovely, kind and thoughtful many remembering my daughter's birthday and wishing her happy birthday every time they saw her. My daughter was given flowers as well on arrival. A truly special place to stay and worth every cent.

The staff were particularly impressive with their friendliness and were keenly providing additional information to make our stay more enjoyable. Everything was faultless with regard to our stay. Wish it could have been longer!

this hotel has long been on my bucket list. the location is wonderful. great views of the bridge and opera house. short walk into the CBD and the historic Rocks area. the hotel very kindly upgraded us to room 211. the view of the opera house was incredible. we enjoyed a wonderful breakfast. be sure to use the fabulous roof top pool and hot tub

The Hyatt staff were very accomodating, from the greeting to small touches such as a posey of jonquils for the room. They assisted whenever they could and always had genuine smiles. The location of the hotel is perfect for taking in all that Vivid had to offer and it was all within walking distance. Watching the sunset and the Opera House sails light up was amazing.

The rooms with the option to open doors and sit on balcony and enjoy the harbour. Staff were very professional. Dining table and lounge area meant that you could really enjoy the room.

The view from the room was stunning and the room service exceeded expectations. We had a few meals in the hotel and really enjoyed them all. The location is great for access to the rocks and the view from the spa is incredible!
